How do you share you student dashboard?
Each time you mark a student's work, a student dashboard is created. This provides insight into the student's quantitative results, their strengths, and the skills requiring the most urgent attention. It also captures any written feedback provided during the marking process.
Step 1: Navigate to ‘Classes’
Navigate to the 'Classes' section on the platform.
Step 2: Navigate to class assessments
Find the relevant class, and click on the ‘Assessments’ button on the right hand side to show the assessment list.
Step 3: Find the relevant assessment
Find the relevant assessment and select the action 'Mark Students' on the right hand side.
Step 4a: Access the student dashboard from the ‘Mark Students’ view
Find the student whose dashboard you wish to view, and click ‘Analyse’ on the right hand side of their name.
Step 4b: Access the student dashboard through the assessment form
Alternatively, find the student whose dashboard you wish to view, and click ‘Mark’ on the right hand side of their name. From the 'Mark' screen of a particular student, you can select 'Dashboard' along the top of the screen, which sits to the right of the 'Assessment Form'. You can also click on the ‘Dashboard’ button at the bottom of the assessment form.
Step 5: Download as PDF
Scroll down to the bottom of the student dashboard, and click the button that reads 'Download PDF'. The document will save into your downloads folder. From here, you can rename the file and either upload into your school’s LMS or send to the student via email.
